Bio: One Elmo Sputterspark was the genius of his day and age. Top Geek in his highschool, all around nice guy. Had plans to
use his smarts to help the world once he graduated and moved onto college. Unfortunately the lanky little rodent had one
problem with his high school days. He was a nerd. And nerds got bullied. So was the unfortunate fate of Mr. Sputterspark one
fateful evening while conducting a experiment on trapping the power of static electricity to power a light bulb using a treadmill
and carpet. A school bully came in ducted taped his hands to the contraption and left him there. By the time Elmo was able to
able to get loose, he'd conducted enough electricity into his body to fry his mind, which he did, the second he grounded out by
touching a doorknob. Hence Megavolt was born ( or Megawatt as he was originally going to call himself. )

One of Darkwing's most formidable foes. The Rodent had the ability to control and conduct electricity which made him deadly
and hard to lay a finger on. Tho clinically insane he was still super intelligent. Often teaming up with Quackerjack the two were
rumored to be lovers, and he also had, some say, a fling with a cop by the name of Mercer Durden. But this steady little life of
robbing hardware stores and talking to toaster was soon interrupted.

The leader of the fearsome five called upon Megavolt to create him a machine that would do what Megavolt had originally done
with Darkwing himself, manipulating positrons and negatrons to create Negaduck in the first place, only on a much larger scale,
Negaduck wanted a machine powerful enough to pull his home world of the negaverse into the normal reality so he could
dominate it all with his subverted versions of the city. Sparky agreed.

Unfortunately, once this machine was built and set up the be used, the party was crashed by None other then Darkwing himself.
A fight ensued and the machined was tampered with. When Negaduck finally got the jump on Darkwing and activated it, the
machine malfunctioned. The Negaverse collapsed in on itself, Darkwing was killed, Negaduck was reverted back to his former
state of polarized Negative and poor Sparky... well

..he didn't fare all that well. The blast from the polarized Negawaves ripped the positrons from the rodents body, paralyzed and
nearly completely blinded him. His electromagnetic abilities were hammered into ever cell of his body. Nobody is quite sure what
happened after that, but both Negaduck and Megavolt disappeared for over five years.

When the rat resurfaced he was changed. Wires had been systematically placed waving in and out his body. He no longer
needed a battery pack to store his energy. Emaciated and hutched, it seemed like he'd seen better days, suffering at the hands
of abuse and neglect. It was rumored that Negaduck himself had pieced the rat back together. And now Megavolt did his bidding.

Extremely spacey and a bit overly submissive, Megsy's mind can't ever hold onto what happened three seconds ago let about
the past. He can remember almost virtually nothing from before the blast. Even tho he's blind, he can still sense electro waves
and heart and cold. In the middle of the city, the rodent could see better then anyone else in a weird bionic sort of way.

All Sparky really wants is someone to love him. He doesn't understand the emotion of being cared for. Being treated like a
common slut or a rug is the same as if someone hugged him. He doesn't differentiate abuse from kindness.

But at least he's cute. He's got that one thing going for him.
