Bio: There was a time in St. Canard when villainy really wasn't all that horrific. There was the occasional try to take
over the city scheme, but no one had to worry about some marauding mutant plant duck lopping off peoples heads
randomly in the middle of the night. Hell, there was even a time when there was no such thing as a mutant plant duck
existed. But that all changed five years before the death of Darkwing Duck. A plant botanist by the name of Dr.
Reginald Bushroot had a crush on his coworker, a rather unattractive man in his mid forties he thought that perhaps if
he combined his DNA with a beautiful flower it would make her see him as attractive. Unfortunately the experiment failed
and Reginald mutated himself into the plant duck known as Bushroot. He became a minor villain after that, occasional
robbing feed stores, greenhouses, only when he teamed up with the Five was he ever remotely a threat.
But there was people who considered all mutants threats to existence an activist group, Mutant Annihilation Network
[ M.A.N ] discovered Reggy and lured him into a trap. Once captured they took a hatchet and cut the plant duck in half,
and buried him out back. Being half plant, Reggy did grow right back, but his demeanor had changed. Something
snapped inside that normally sweet and fearful plant duck that day. He returned to that organization the following day
and systematically slaughtered over two hindered members. He was later apprehended and sentenced to 20
consecutive live sentences in the St. Canard Maximum Security Prison. ( See Vines Carnage for the full plot ) End of
Story right?
No.
Ten years after being incarcerated, someone or something busted the walls and gates of the prison and allowed
Bushroot ( Now named Demented Reggy by the populace ) to escape his confinement. Harboring a long braid of
purple leaves and a temperament as cold as the Arctic Ocean the mutant plant duck now roams St. Canard free to
slaughter again.
DR is calm in nature. Calm and collectively cold. Only when excessively angered or insulted will he say something or
crack an expression, even when killing. He has an parchment for severed heads and often feeds whats left of the bodies
to a mulchier for plants around his shack on the outside of the city. He feels no real threat from the city or it's superheros
and isn't interested in much crime outside slaughter citizens who get in his way. Tho he does feel an obligation to the
one who busted him out of prison.
But other then that, DR spends his time tending his plants and guarding his turf.
